At VIP, we're careful to create programs that are balanced and nutritional. We don't eliminate any food groups unless there is an intolerance or an allergy because we don't think it's feasible to eat a very restrictive diet all your life. You'll lose, on average, 2 lbs per week and keep them off when you've attained your goals. During our weekly one-to-one coaching sessions, we'll you help navigate grocery shopping, develop recipes and learn new habits you'll keep throughout your lifetime!

YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION

 It lasts about an hour, during which we will assess:

1. Your needs (i.e. weight loss or weight gain, diabetes, cholesterol, etc.)

2. Take all your measurements (fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, water retention, metabolic rate, etc.)

3. Review your lifestyle and state of health

It's important for the success of the program that the menu we create for you addresses all your health needs, as well as your goals, and fits relatively well into your lifestyle. Otherwise, people tend not to stick with them in the long-term. During your first consultation, we will give you a tailor-made menu that fits your needs and your lifestyle and a grocery list to accompany it. After that first consultation, you should be able to leave with everything you need to kick-start your weight loss!

Your first consultation costs 125+txs. If you have private insurance, we provide receipts.

WEEKLY VISITS

After your first consultation, you can choose to do it on your own, or you can choose to have weekly follow-up visits. These visits last 15 to 20 minutes each week, during which we will take your measurements, adjust the program if need be, give you a new menu and recipes and basically just follow-up on how you're doing! We'll give you tips and tricks on how to navigate around any difficulties you may be having, or any events or special occasions that may come up. Throughout the program, you'll develop good habits and learn how to eat well so that you can maintain a healthy lifestyle after you've reached your goals. We really emphasize the long-term; we'll teach you how to read nutritional labels, recognize the right portions of each food category, and develop recipes that are balanced and delicious!

Our weekly plans start at 10 weeks. Each visit costs 40$ + txs. You can pay that monthly; it doesn't have to be all at once!

MONTHLY VISITS & maintenance

If you feel weekly visits aren't the best approach for you, you can drop by anytime you like! Just like the weekly follow-ups, we take your measurements, change your menu and make sure you're still on the right track! 

Once you've reached your goal, we'll give you a maintenance program, though, by that time, you'll likely have developed the knowledge you need to create menus yourself. You can continue your maintenance with us by coming in to see us once a month or once every two months, if that feels more reassuring for you. 

Each visit costs 60$+tx and you pay as you come.
