Raissa Eid is a registered dietitian-nutritionist offering evidence-based assessments and personalized nutrition guidance. A McGill University graduate, she has more than five years of clinical experience in hospital settings, supporting patients with diabetes, cardiac disease, various cancers, and pre- and post-bariatric surgery.
Her approach focuses on realistic strategies that support sustainable habits, respect individual preferences, and promote long-term health without guilt or extreme rules.
